1. Territory Manager (Sales), San Francisco Bay Area / Northern CA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

ZipLine Medical is looking for talented, motivated sales representatives to be responsible for driving revenue and assure attainment of business objectives in this territory. This position is responsible for building relationships with surgeons, nursing staff, purchasing departments and hospital administrators for introducing the safe use of ZipLine products in the operating room. The Sales Representative must be able to develop a strong pipeline, close business and grow the surrounding territory.

DUTIES:

  • Meet with health care providers to sell products and provide training
  • Articulate complex and key concepts to multiple types of decision makers
  • Work with product engineering and marketing to provide physician feedback regarding product performance and potential enhancement opportunities
  • Support the training of additional sales representatives and customer sites throughout the United States
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires a B.S.
  • Requires three-ten years outside sales, including five years of medical device sales experience. Advanced degrees may be considered toward the minimum experience requirement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven competency selling new technologies that require a change in processes is strongly preferred
  • An exceptional work ethic with strong self-motivation and a demonstrated commitment to excel
  • The ability and willingness to travel throughout your territory,
  • Proven track record of ability to achieve revenue targets.

4. Manufacturing Engineer, Campbell, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Manufacturing Engineer is primarily responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Engineering Manager with the opportunity to work on a variety of engineering assignments utilizing a wide-range of engineering principles.  This position works on product and process development activities varying from concept generation to product testing and data collection and validation.

DUTIES:

  • Contribute to design, prototyping and testing activities, and assist engineers as needed.
  • Hands-on work in the R&D lab and help in the assembly, development and documentation of ZipLine products.
  • Assist with evaluation and/or design of materials, equipment, fixtures, automation, and processes.
  • Assist senior engineers in the planning, development and design of processes and equipment for the manufacture of ZipLine products.
  • Work from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, evaluation and trouble-shooting functions.
  • Work with engineers to provide ideas and suggestions for improved design concepts and qualification activities.
  • Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Industrial Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Must be detail oriented, dependable and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
  • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multitask and troubleshoot
  • Able to work in a regulated environment in accordance with internal operating procedures and external standards and regulations.
  • Must be able to work independently and able to work in a fast-paced and deadline driven environment
  • Must be computer-savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office products and SolidWorks.
